Multi-state Premium Allocation No Longer Required

Oregon Insurance Division Bulletin INS 2011-1 is officially withdrawn and rescinded by Oregon Division of Financial Regulation Bulletin DFR 2017-3.

As the requirement for reporting of premium tax allocation outlined in the bulletin is no longer necessary, reporting premium on an allocated basis on multi-state policies is no longer required for all records submitted via SLIP (the online filing system) on 7/1/17 and/or later.
